Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring appointments can be flexible and are prescriptive and client led.
On a 1-1 basis, appointments can be carried out face to face, during walk and talk sessions, coffee shop meet ups, via Teams, and telephone interventions.
I have over 25 years of experience as a Learning Mentor, fully trained in Mentoring and Solution Focused Therapy.

I am qualified in Youth Work, Advice Information and Guidance and hold a Mental Health First Responder Certificate.

I hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate, able to work with Children and Adults.
Session 1
What is mentoring and the role of a Learning Mentor.
​Getting to know each other and discussing what mentoring can do for you.
Session 2
Exploring difficulties and challenges, identifying barriers to learning or progression
Session 3
Looking at solutions and coping strategies
Session 4
Planning a way forward, target setting
Session 5
Monitoring and signposting
Session 6
Looking at distance travelled, celebrate achievements, successes and progress made
Each session can generally last up to 1 hour
Mentoring sessions are priced at £35 per session for the 6 session course.
A Payment of £35 must be made in full and in advance to confirm and secure your appointment booking.
One off sessions are also available and are priced at £40 per session, payable in advance.
