Privacy Policy

TruBEing Mentoring places the utmost importance on mentee privacy.  

Notes may be taken, with mentee initials used as identifiers. These records are strictly confidential and accessible only to the Mentor and the mentee, who retains the right to review their own notes. No information will be shared with third parties unless a safeguarding concern arises; in such cases, relevant notes may be disclosed to local safeguarding authorities solely on a need-to-know basis. 

All notes are securely stored in password-protected files and are retained only for the duration of the mentoring relationship.
